Terry Hoyt

Terry has been with the firm since 1995 beginning as a receptionist and filing clerk. She was promoted quickly and became secretary to Attorneys within the firm, then a paralegal to Attorney Seufert and prior staff attorneys, and finally to office manager and financial assistant.

Mrs. Hoyt has served on the local School Board, on the Pastoral Council for St. Paul’s Church, member and officer for Franklin Outing Club., member and officer of the Franklin Junior Women’s Club and continues to volunteer for organizations for the City. She received her Real Estate License in 2010, her Childlight Yoga Instruction completion in 2009, received her Certified Nursing Assistant license in 1987 and has taken any paralegal and educational classes during her tenure at Seufert Law Office.

Terry lives locally with her husband of 40 years, they have one daughter and three grandchildren. For years she has quilted, crochet and knitted blankets, sweaters and mittens for her family and donated to several organizations.  Terry especially enjoys walking, race walking, jogging, biking, kayaking, the beach, spending time with her family poolside and when she has a few extra minutes, a little reading.
