 Attorney Davis obtained his B.A. degree in Criminal Justice from Castleton State College in 1995 and his law degree from the Franklin Pierce Law Center in 2004. He was admitted to practice in New Hampshire and in the Federal District Court of New Hampshire in 2004.

Background
Before entering law school, Brad served as a police officer for the City of Laconia, NH for six years. While in law school, Brad represented indigent criminal defendants through the Franklin Pierce Criminal Practice Clinic. Brad has also served as a law clerk to the N.H. State Employees’ Association where he dealt with all issues facing public employees. On his time off, Brad is an avid fisherman, boater, scuba diver and golfer.
